Was there not a fax that rolled in after Patterson? Yet it's still not posted on the board because compliance has to review the info first. Could that be because it was from a somewhat surprising recruit that had not been fully reviewed by compliance prior to today?

No, not trying to be "that guy" but IIRC, there was another fax come in after the Patterson official. Compliance does have to review them prior to being official. What is the holdup? Other faxes have rather quickly followed with a board update.

I guess it wouldn't officially be NSD without an " Big Fish FSU recruit is gonna switch to UT rumor" last minute huh

If Shanks was interested in playing time then why not UT?

FSU has Goldman and Edwards and Bama just signed Kirven. I'm not really optimistic about this happening, but I would not be totally surprised.

But as VOTP said, Auburn would be the most likely switch from all I've seen, if one was to happen.

It did appear that a fax came in after CP's...hmmm, inquiring minds want to know!

This will forever be known as the "Phantom FAX". It will be the stuff of legend. Talked about in the same manner as the magic bullet, Bigfoot and Area 51.

I heard that the phantom fax was a letter from Jabar Gaffney, admitting that he never had possession of the ball in 2000. UT is going to bury the story though. You'll know I'm correct when you never hear about this from the UTAD.
