I know this is a little different with Tebow(the greatest college football player of all-time). But crazier things have happened before. Appy State over Mich, Memphis over Tenn in 1996. I understand that we are all not optimistic; however, what kind of chance did Memphis have vs. Peyton? Stanford just recently went to USC and beat them even though they were 41 point dogs. Do I have any confidence UT can pull the unthinkable, well no, but I am going into the game with an attitude of how hard we fight, this is not just 2 football teams, its two communities of people who want to beat the other team senseless, unfortunately this wont be our year, but give it time, just give it time, GO VOLS!:pardon:

I know this isn't exactly related to the question, but does anyone know what became of the "finger pointing" after Saturday's loss to UCLA? Has that been corrected and everyone looking ahead to the Florida game? I sure hope so that way we can focus on it and not worry about problems inside the team

Everything is fine i believe now, I heard Jon and Gerald got into it, but Kiffin straightened everything out and that is the past.

yes they were. That also followed the then-new coach Harbaugh saying in the preseason that they would beat USC that year.

I really think that's where kiffin got the idea, b/c for them too they said at the time that that kinda press for stanford was still a good, competitive attitude to bring to the program - and worked out even better when they won
