Sorry if already discussed:
At about the 7:12 mark in the 2nd quarter with the score tied at 14, Dobbs gets flushed to his left and makes a poor decision to throw back across his body.
He tries the thread two defenders, the ball gets tipped, ricochets off of a Tennessee player, bounces around and ends up in Jalen Hurd's hands as he powers forward across the line to gain.
The pass is ruled incomplete, but VT is flagged for roughing the passer on the play so the penalty gives Tennessee a first down anyway.
I never saw a replay angle of this play, but real time I thought it was an "immaculate reception" -type play. Did anyone get a better look and was it indeed a no-catch?
