You cannot have a run game when the defense does not have to respect the pass. They simply put an extra man in the box and you're done. JG has a terrible fake after the handoff so the safeties can just collapse down quickly.

Plenty of teams have managed to run the ball with a below average pass game. That's an excuse, they both sucked in the 1st half.
