Its pretty crappy anymore, bowl games have become so commercialized. The majority of bowl tickets are corporate tickets, especially the bigger games NY6 bowls. The final four is the same way.

I don't know what kind of Nebraska crowd we'll get. The hotels downtown are looking for insane rates. I could probably spend NYE in Manhattan for less than I could in downtown Nashville.

Because people are attending what is essentially an extra home game, many of whom live in the West TN area and don't get to go to as many games at Neyland as some of the rest? That's not accepting mediocrity, that's showing the players that there are thousands of people who still support them, despite there being a few who don't...
