I must say I disagree that UK's stock is plummeting. They did finally get into the meat of their schedule and we now see a truer picture of where their team is at. But really, Vegas has this almost as a push. If you give 2 to the home team for home field advantage, Vegas is basically saying we win by less than a TD.

Don't get me wrong, I bleed orange, and I believe we will win. But, this could be a very hard fought game. They are one win from going to a bowl. You know Stoops is beating that into their heads. They'll be fighting tooth and nail to get that last win. Beating us in Neyland would only make it sweeter for them.

The truth then is the truth now, the biggest game of the year is the next one.

We are two wins away from a bowl. We need this win every bit as much as they do. Whether or not Stoops is telling them they need the win is completely irrelevant.

If our Defense reemerges, we will stomp a mudhole in their arse. If it doesn't we win a relatively close shootout.

KY's slide is primarily due to SEC competition and them being 0-4 on the road.

UGA hung 62 on UK-- without Gurley, playing at UK.

UGA squeaked by UT by 3-- with Gurley, playing at UGA. And we played Peterman for a qtr.

We're in Neyland, with a bowl game on the line. This game shouldn't even be close.

uga and usc both jumped out to 20+ leads on uk. neither have the offensive weapons we have nor can their qb's run like Dobbs can. i'd even argue our defense is better than both. factor that in along with 2 weeks to prepare and this might get VERY UGLY quick!

We will cover that easy, a lot of the MO JO is gone after there fine start and after coming of a blow out, it want take much for the Cats to quit, if we jump them like I think we will have the game in control by half time and pull away like 38- 17 in the fourth quarter, they know who they are and they know that Tennessee will win in the back of there mind, reminds me a lot like the way we play the gators waiting on something bad to happen to lose the game instead of knowing that something good will happen to win the game, the puddy cats have no chance at all not bragging but we are TENNESSEE and they are PUDDY CATS, when you put a puddy cat against a old coon dog the FUR IS GOING TO FLY, IT WONT BE PRETTY, FEELS GOOD TALKING S@IT AGAIN.:)

I don't think it will be a blowout, UK is no pushover and we may not be able to just come out and demolish them. I do think we are the better team, and Dobbs will play well enough to lead us to about a 14-17 point win.

UK's defensive line will give the vols some trouble. UT isn't on the same planet as Georgia up front. UK is better up front than South Carolina was as well. That doesn't mean the Vols won't score, but if anyone is expecting anything similar to how UK looked against Georgia then you are probably fooling yourself. Vols win, but it won't be a cakewalk.

Vols 31, Kentucky 21.
