OK, so i was thinking a bit tonight (stop the presses, bearcat and fleetwood refrain from comments) about how we often had too many skaters for a club game.

I figure we will have enough players to put 3 teams on the ice on busy nights, at full strength, and some nights less or more. So we create 3 cluibs, with everyone as GM in order to expedite roster moves on the fly. If everyone who has been around and can be trusted, you are a GM, if you're new, you need to prove yourself before GM status for your club, you start on VN3 and work it up.

Based on ability, i'll be protecting the blueline on the 3rd team non stop, but i think we should work towards something like this.

Unless they don't want the title, i think SWIL, Jonesey, and Bearcat should be Overall Captains, who can make the roster decisions on nights we have too many skaters online. They are all good players, and, even though Jonesey and Cat are puck hogs, they understand hockey beyond the scope of EA Sports hahaha. SWIL is the captain cause he's a Thrashers fan, they need some good karma hahaha:hi:

However we do this is ok with me but personal thoughts are everyone is a gm sucks. To many people added that the group doesnt like which makes for bad times. Nothing worse than being in a party with two people that dont like each other trying to play a game that need constant chatter>

good point, we had that issue before with people on the club where everyone was like "who the F is this guy". We'll come up with something

I'd like to wait until the game is released before we go and make seperate teams. I'm interested to see if EA actually improved the way the dressing room was set up because multiple people had complained about getting into games with more than 6 in the dressing room.

Also, sorry to say, I don't think that they added club practice this year.

Thanks Train. Yeah, my poor Thrashers do need some good karma this year.

I like the idea - and I also like Jonesy's idea on taking a wait-n-see approach to see if any improvements have been made to how teams are formed.
