Honestly, Butch was bailed out twice last year by individual players. Would have lost to App State 😐 if it wasn't for Hurd's fumble recovery in the end zone. And of course JJ on the Hail Mary. Our season could/should have been a lot worse than it was.

Biased view, could have also won games TaM if individual players didn't make mistakes.

I liked Dobbs, great player, smart as all get out. In order for us to be restored to past elite-ness, we have to share the offensive burden. The reason I say this is as good a quarterback we may have with multiple abilities, it could hurt , be a liability, from getting past that hump. Stop the qb you stop the team. Team effort, involvement, got to get away from one player bailing out the team and coaches, as Dobbs did just about every close game last year.
