The only thing that I may remotely disagree with Coach Pearl about is his reluctance to have Patterson and Wingate in the game at the same time. I am starting to be of the opinion that in SEC play, Patterson should start instead of Bradshaw. In addition to his matchup problems due to his lack of size, Bradshaw is a TERRIBLE shooter. I know he gives 110%, gets rebounds, steals, takes charges, dives for loose balls, etc. and I respect that - I think he should get plenty of playing time off the bench - but Patterson is a scoring threat; In order to double-team Lofton, Lipscomb was letting Bradshaw have any shot he wanted, and he took several, and missed them all, I think, except for one layup all alone under the basket. Plus, Patterson and Wingate starting should give us a better inside presence, with Childress and Bradshaw spelling them.
