Anomalies shouldn't be mistaken for trends. Mizzou's class strength is based on the QB Horn that UT apparently passed on and a 5* DE from East St Louis. Still a great class for a program that hasn't been in the top 25 for a long time.

UK had the #25 class a few years ago but this is the highest rated class they've had by a long shot. Worth watching... the 5* OL commit that put them there didn't sign yesterday and is apparently still looking around. Michigan State in particular.

The reality is the geography and competition will keep both from doing this well often or doing better... ever.

Congrats to the Cats! Would ANYONE here on VN believed that UK could out draft us 10 years ago?
But bigger Congrats to our HC and his staff. If we can get this heavy NCAAF cloud removed from our heads and another strong season, there is no doubt in my mind that we will be in the top 5 of recruitment and year end standings. GBO
