Don't know his time but the last guy that tried to touch him on that run was Brian Blades who at the time was the Florida high school record sprinting holder.

It used to be common to have track guys on the football team. Doesn't happen any more for some reason. Maybe scholarship limits? Would love to have one or two of those guys.

I would guess it's because training and specialization now increasingly trump natural talent. Training year-round to sprint makes you significantly faster than a football player who is playing football most of the year, if the natural talent is relatively close.

Same. I had a pretty tight range of around 4.1 ish from the time he hit the 40 yd line at full speed. But he was moving, no doubt.

I was sitting in section K row 56, which is about perfectly in line with that camera angle. First game where i exited down (to the field) instead of up to the concourse.
