I agree! instate

Id think Bolden will be able to step right in?

Also would like to see Cocker get in the backfield early

Josh Mcneil as the center id spoke of in a earlier reply

Briscoe' i dont know if he'd be able to get into the line up of recievers we already have?

And wouldnt be shocked if a young DB got some playing time

In-state talent will be limited to 6 to 8 per year due to the lack of said talent and needs.

I think we'll do just fine in recruiting. It would be unusual for UT not to do well in that area. As far as in-state talent goes, We have McClendon who is probably a Top 50 player. We have Dustin Lindsey.(grade concerns) According to very good sources we are in good shape with Lindsey's teammate, Brandon Warren, who is a national recruit. Warren is said to want to go though the recruiting process but it would come as a surprise for us not to land him. We have Lee Smith who some recruiting gurus are extremely high on. I saw one that had him as the #2 DE in the country. Another said he was a "special" talent and compared him to TE Alge Crumpler of the Falcons. SO we seem to be off to a good start with the in-state guys and I'm sure we will attract top talent from all over the country like we do every year. Oh yeah, we also have Walter Fisher Jr that had to spend a couple years at JUCO. He redshirted his first year in JC so he will have 3 years to play 3 at Tennessee. He is a DE.

Oh, and I think its unlikely that any of the freshman will start. I think Bolden will play a ton, especially with McDaniel looking more like he won't be back with the team. I believe he will probably be in the two-deep at DT. I think he has a chance to be a special player at Tennessee. I think some others have a chance at some playing time, but I don't expect any of them to start this year.

I saw Dustin Lindsey and Brandon Warren play in the state championship last year. Lindsey is a good back and Brandon Warren is a man-child playing wideout! I would be very excited to get him

Brandon Warren could be a star at the college level at either TE or DE. The one school that kinda worries me about him is Miami. They are trying to sell him big-time on all the success they've had with putting TEs into the NFL. But like I said, very good sources say we look to be a real good shape there even though he will want to go through the whole recruiting process. I also wouldn't be surprised in Lindsey ends up at LB at Tennessee. I think he will get a shot at RB, but I think he will make a very good LB in college.

Shocky has had what 1 good year and nothing else.

Winslow Jr is a farce.

Witten is better than both
