If Scott clicks as OC, expect even more of an impact.

I think both are important but Florida has more talent in sheer numbers.

True, but there are 3 (possibly 4) programs with clear recruiting advantages over us there. If we can mine GA, NC, and VA as our primary out of state targets, we should be in a very good position in terms of talent.

By the way, this isn't me saying FL doesn't have talent we should target, just that from a recruiting resources standpoint, it shouldn't supersede our bordering states which have plenty of talent and due to proximity, likely have players that are more receptive to our program.

CMR is gonna kill it recruiting Miami alone. Not to mention Boca, Palm Beach, Naples areas. There's 150-200 recruits to choose from each cycle many being D1. We have to utilize our ties there too and get what we can. While our kids grow up playing baseball, basketball, and then football, the kids there play usually one sport year around and that's football.

Florida high school football is better than Georgia.

With that said, I would like ten from Florida and five from Georgia every year.
