MODs can move if need be, I figured that I would get a few more responses in the Football Forum.

1. Which parking lot is better G3/G4 or G10?

2. Which parking lot that you have used do you prefer overall?

Due to my ranking it will likely be years before I'm able to make that tough decision. They (all three) look great to me. A great problem to have....

Of those choices I'd say G10, but are you looking to tailgate or just park and go to the game?

I love to tailgate but I usually don't get to the game in time. Probably just park and go is what I'm looking for.

I don’t know because I ride the bus from Foothills Mall. Round trip is $10 and parking at the Mll is free.

How is the G3 lot? This will be my first year parking there.

I have parked in G3 and it was good. Tailgating is kinda weird in a garage if you are into that imo. I was hoping someone could give me the pros and cons of G3/G4 vs G10.

The good thing about G3/G4 is that you can usually get out pretty quickly. Bad thing is that if you are running late you may not get a spot.

I was in G10T last year and loved it. Wish I could park there again this year, but I guess they changed the donation requirements for that lot...

How is the parking in G1?

Doesn't answer your question, but I park near Tyson Park walk the strip and ride shuttle back to car. Once in car, get through traffic pretty fast.

G3,4, or 10 are all in a garage, but 10 is more open and easier to get in and out of, IMO.

I once parked in a garage on campus for an O&W game, when we left we nearly ran out of gas getting out of the garage. It was at least a 2 hour wait getting out. Thank you for the info on G10, sounds like it is easy to get out.

What's the deal with the locus street garage? I noticed it was last in the default parking order, but it's closer then lot 40, 14, and the AG lot.

Good question. Surely someone on here has parked there. I wonder if it was the lot that took me forever to get out of after the O&W game.

over the years I have been in 9, 9B, G10, G5/30, 23B and G4. 10 is the slowest getting out depending on what level you're on. the others I have had no issues leaving.. nothing close to 10

G5 and G4 are about the same (G3 right there so assume it is also pretty easy out).

Now, some might view all as slow getting out but with 100K leaving the area my expectations have never been to be on I40 in 1 minutes. But I generally am on it withing 30-40 minutes of getting in my car.

when I went up there. Haven't been to K-town game since 2015...

I've parked at Locust St for several years. My rank is high enough I have other options now but that garage works great for us. Always been super easy to get into and relatively easy to get out of, especially if you're going North or East after the game.

I'm with you, I have other options and continue to request Locust Street. The walk isn't bad, a block away from Market Square should you want to eat after the game.

Unless it's raining, I'm not a huge fan of tailgating in a garage. Also, if you don't get there way early, security directs you to a spot in G 10, filling it up in consecutive spaces. Getting out after a close, big game can be a nightmare.

The top (G10T) is a great atmosphere, though.

Probably because no shuttle. Just a block away you can park at Market Square for free and they offer shuttles for $6 a person.

IMO they need to leave well enough alone with parking. Donors who have been contributing for years are getting pushed further out for companies who donate one time and give the tickets to people who wouldn't otherwise be coming. TN doesn't value season ticket holder loyalty when it comes to parking perks.
