Volnation Live on Sunday Night-Interested?

Just curious to see if there will be any interest in a show on Sunday. There wasn't much going in the way of Tennessee sports this week and Volfreak is going to be in sunny Florida.

I know the regulars get involved with the show, I'm going to challenge you guys to recruit more listeners. I also want to get some new callers in to the show.

Any ideas for improvement on the show are welcomed within reason of course.

Will let you know what we come up with and what the verdict will be.

I think we should hold off one week in order to get through the holidays. Some people are traveling which could give us a lower turnout. Just my opinion for what it is worth.

i'll be visiting my family out at in West TN, and my grandma has no internet access, so it's a no go for me this weekend. I'll be looking forward to the first episode of '09 though!!

Having another special call-in guest could boost interest.

and a good question at that. maybe you should replicate sports radio the past couple of days by just replaying a best of '08 month by agonizing month.

Tyler, it is actually an internet radio show. Volfreak and I normally do a show on Sunday nights at 9 pm EST.

We will put more information on the board closer to the show but we always start a thread called Volnation Live announcing the information.

I always like to listen to the show when I can. I can understand though why you might want to wait until after new years day. Hopefully by that time there will be more staff in place and maybe some news on recruits.

I say go for it,because this week would be a perfect time for a year in review type show asking as what was the most memorable or in this case not-so memorable moments in UT sports in 2008.
