It is. Watching the slow death of our football program has been like watching someone going through a 12 year battle with cancer. 2008 was when it was first diagnosed. Then the constant coaching hires/staff changes has been the chemo/radiation treatments. The fleeting wins and bowl appearances here and there have been the "good days" or times we thought it was in remission. Now its at the point where we can "lift it off the sheet ourselves."VolNation feels like a Funeral the last 24 hours from the obituaries, eulogies, and the 7 stages of grief. I guess this place is therapeutic.
No way we end up at 5-5They are the Frank Mir of college football. How many times did he say "I'm back?" Just 2 weeks ago was another round of "we're back!" Then you drop 2 in a row and look like a .500 team.
