I beg to differ my friend. Last count UT had more than Michigan. We have around 40 plus in NFL now.Have you actually counted or just quessing?

UT is #2 behind Miami (I think) w/ active NFL players.

There are 41 Vols currently in the NFL. (per UTsports.com)

We are second to Miami in players drafted in the first 3 rounds, and third in first round picks to Miami and UF.

I would say that comming to UT gives you one of the best chances to develop into a player that will play in the NFL. That's an accurate statement.

That is correct. In fact, TN is tied for second with FL, behind FSU, in players currently on NFL rosters.

Since 1994, TN has had the most total draft picks of any school in the country.

Thanks for the info. I did count NFL players recently and thought it was more than 41.The bottom line is "What have you done for me lately". It does appear I stand correct when you look over the last ten years.Plus this year, UT will probably put more defensive players in the NFL than other teams total players. I told someone the other day Tennessee players in the NFL combined on one team could possibly win a superbowl.
