Sorry if this has been posted before but I just ran across this and it gave me chills to watch....And people wonder why some players are leaving the team?...Check out this bada$$ coaching staff and you'll see why! YouTube - 2009 orange and white game :rock:

For sure We are going to be much more aggressive on both sides of the ball....I love how pissed Wilson got when that receiver got nailed!...LMFAO!!

That is awesome! Love the coaches running up and down the field during scrimmage plays...and the coach that jumps on the pile during the fumble! Anybody know who that is?

That video is awesome. I love how this coaching staff is so passionate and POSITIVE. They always have great encouraging remarks to make after every play. They can be critical, but they tell you what you need to know, and then always tell you when you've done a good job too. That'll really help motivate these young guys.

I'd play for these coachese any day!!!

I love seeing them get after it in that video. O-Line coach gets me the most excited when he runs down the field screaming " Their you go big boy....Their you go.....Way to finish Josh" That is what I feel we have been missing....Finishing Blocks are crucial to making big plays. I hope some folks from the O-Line step it up this year.
I had to listen a couple times to understand what Monte says at the beginning.....hold hold up...We gotta be quick...they cant beat quick, it cant be beat, now lets get quicker...Here we go.....Go Get em Monte.

Yeah, I gotta say that all the people griping about Coach Monte's age should watch this. The old man has a lot of energy and seems to be able to energize his players and get them to perform. Coach O just seems as a natural fit for a D Line coach the way he gets going on drills. The funny part was when Coach Kiffin said that he couldn't believe that he beat Rogan in a drill, and said that "I thought you were a 4.3". Awesome.

As much as I wanted Leach during the coaching decision....I KNOW that there is NO WAY Leach would have brought in a staff THIS great, THIS experienced, THIS enthusiastic. And there would have been NO WAY that Leach could have brought THIS much excitement to Knoxville. Would he have brought some? yes. But not NEAR this much. I'm 1000% behind Kiffin and Co. They know what they're doing. I just hope it all translates into wins....and I'm not sure how it can't.

I've seen this video like 10 times and knew what it was before I clicked on it, but I couldn't help myself. I had to watch it again. That's awesome!
