I’m of the under 50 crew (barely) set but listened to Vol Calls .. particularly liked it when I lived out of state and had FOMO.. felt like home 😂

You should be forced to listen to Vol Calls for a 24 hr period then get back to us. There quite simply is just more BS for these coaches now and this does nothing to improve the product on the field.

I remember it well, they were epic. A friend of mine called in from firehall during that time period, folks were hot. But Tennessee responded and won the last 5 and then went 11-1 in 89. Also never forget Duncan Stewart on top of a billboard in 88 until the Vols won. GBO

It is so easy to remember when Vol Calls that started in1989 was closely covering the 0-6 start in 1988. It was pandelirium for weeks.

There's an opportunity here for someone with AI programming skills.

With all the audio available for every college coach that's filled with the standard meaningless coach talk/cliches, you could create a chat bot for every coach in country that could answer calls endlessly every day. It would probably be even more entertaining, informative and insightful than the answers you get from live coaches.

Win win situation, coaches aren't wasting time answering meaningless questions and those willing to wait on hold for an hour to ask meaningless questions can get on the air.

Someone should teach Jerry to make and post his own videos to YouTube. He can ask his questions and speculate on the answers.

I’m not sure Jerry ever asked questions other than asking how everyone was doing (individually), then said all they wanted to say was GO VOLS!…and they’ll hang up and listen.
