That was going to be my question...how does this differ from any of the other shows with the exception that it is (I'm guessing) limited to conversation about UT football.

People call in and give 20 seconds praise to the coach, then they give a 5 second question. Kessling will then cut them off and butcher some names of players or callers or even dooley. Then Kessling will repeat the question to dooley in a conversational type manner. Finally dooley will give coach speak answer, then it's on to the next caller.
