Vizio and ps3

I have a Vizio E470VL 1080 and have been messing with the settings to get the best pic for gaming and was wondering if any of you may have this model and what settings you use. Im not really happy with anything I do and starting to think In doing something wrong..

I have vizio e420vo. Lemme check what I have mine on. I had it on gaming but changed it and got much better

Brightness 55, contrast 80, color 65, tint 0, sharp 10

Usually have mine customized, but right now its on gaming
backlight 60
brightness 55
contrast 65
color 65
tint 0
sharpness 8

I have all advanced options off
color temp is computer

Makes me mad cause Ive seen all these videos on YouTube and the pic is so nice graphics look better and everything on all games, not just this one. I did just just notice this game is only 720, but have seen it look great on YouTube also

I just read that in ps3 settings you dont check 1080p even if your tv supports it? Can anyone explain

Most games on the PS3 console do not run in native 1080, only 720. Xbox is the only console that does.

I know. I was asking what was up with all I've read about checking all but 1080p


For the record Ive tried every possible setting, still no graphics like Ive seen on YouTube

I'd say you need to make the adjustment from 1080p to 720p.

Nah. If the game is in 7 it adjusts to it
