I found this video on youtube. It shows what looks to be a Syrian Rebel. (I can't fully confirm it) Firing a U.S. made TOW missile at a U.S. made Humvee (Which I suspect is in the hands of ISIS)

This video shows all the problems with the current foreign policy. We found it easier to supply weapons to groups who we did not vet fully in hopes that they would do the job we wanted done without us having to insert troops to fight. Now we may very well have to deploy troops to solve an even greater problem which was created by foreign policy laziness.

Flown to Syria? Daesh has an air force? Why not just drive?

Edit I agree with the rest of your post.

Flown there by Iranian Revolutionary Guards and Hezbollah. Somehow the humvee fell into the hands of ISIS.

Our adventures in the Middle East have been one f***-up after another. Even when we're not there en masse we can't resist arming terrorists.

I seriously doubt the Iranians nor Hezbollah have the capabilities to fly Humvee's to Syria in the numbers ISIS has them. Other than that I agree with your post. Just a giant cluster.
