Video of Saturday scrimmage

After watching that video i am scared to death about this season. That looks like orange and white game type mistakes.

Our TEs are terrible, they shoulda been moved to Oline long ago with hands like that, just rediculous.

Lincoln sucks.

Stephens has a freakin cannon.

The drops were the worst part of the scrimmage, but the TEs have did really good in practice.

Lincoln won't be doing the kicking this year.

Stephens is 4th string.

i wouldnt worry about the drops too much because i think most of those guys who were dropping them won't get the ball thrown to them that much anyway, i mean that in a sense that they're not the go to guys... i think as the season goes on that our main attacks on offense will be consistent short passes and screens to our speedy recievers and just let them pick up extra yardage and then throwing a bomb or two down field to Vinson and O'neal just to keep the defense honest... our defense looks real good though, the main thing they were missing last year is toughness and i believe they have gotten that back and u add that with the talent we have this should be a good year... yea some of the guys are dropping passes but they are making some good plays, its not like i was expecting the offense to run as smooth as the Colts anyway, but the offense will be ok, all we need is our defense to play up to the level they are capable of and it will atleast get us to the UGA game because Florida and Cal are not going to be as good as everyone thinks they are

I know it's just a scrimmage and whatnot, but quite frankly, I see very little difference between this excercise and the team that was actually on the field last year.

hope they prove me wrong.

The drops are worrysome but the happened early in the scrimmage and the offense was reported to click after that. Our O line is pretty strong and we have a stable of RBs so dont hit the panic button based on one short film of practice. The news is just going to focus on one aspect, the drops.

We'll really not know what we have in front of us until this squad faces real game conditions, by halftime on Sept 1st the discussions should be quite detailed.

calm down. yes the drops scared me too but hopefully it was just a bad day. the one thing that looked promising in that footage was the defense. our TEs are not terrible though. i think they just had an off day. both brown and cottam have proved that they can get the job done on the football field.

Moore looks like a receiver. He has the body type.Berry looks impressive. He would start on my team. Both of those guys stood out.

The opener is 2 weeks away, not sure how much improvement is reasonable in 2 more weeks.

we got Moore, Jones, O'neal, Vinson and O'neal, and not to mention Creer and Berry, all who can catch a short pass or screen and gain big yardage and maybe a touchdown

Not a ton of improvement will happen in 2 weeks, okla. Not a ton is needed. Read about 99% of the other schools and you will see that they also have some concerns.

You'll see more improvement between game 1 and 2 usually than at any other portion of the schedule.
