I wonder why he does not play. At least he throws on time and to an open receiver. Plus the arguemnt about having a weak arm looks to be a lie also.

Umm...I've played with him before and he definitely doesn't have a weak arm. He threw the ball about 50 yards in about 1 second and the kid dropped it. He definitely has a strong arm.

Thanks for sharing this. He played for my alma mater (McCallie) and I haven't seen any video of him slinging the ball in orange.

I certainly hope he gets some real playing time over these last two games. That said, he is going to need to continue to work on his "happy feet". That's the only real knock on him that I have after watching that video.

Thanks man, good stuff. I don't see any signs of a weak arm either. The line protected him well. I just hope he know's that isn't going to happen come Satuday because our starting OL stinks. Coleman deserves a shot at this point. He has earned it.

He did underthrow that ball a bit but still should have been caught

I dont know. I just hope he actually gets a chance. Heck all the other quarterbacks have. Crompton and Stevens just dont have it.

vols1118 Who is the reciever making the catch at the 2:10 mark?

Its Tyler Maples

Maples 40+ yard run, although east to west (from on sideline to the other), was fun to watch. Looks like he might have a move or two in him.

BJ played well enough to get the PT he's been promised this week.

Austin and Ben seem to do just as good as Cooper. Why dont they get a chance too? With the linebacker lack of depth it seems one maybe should move back there just for depth. But it looks like we have 3 quality fullbacks

Cooper is the best running threat of the 3 (which is irrelevant since they hardly ever get touches)

During the spring the FB was used a lot in the passing game.
