Victory Celebration Countdown

I’ve asked off Thursday and Friday, so I’m starting the Tailgating/Victory Celebration Wednesday Night.

Wed PM: ice cold beer and grilling some fat pork chops, greens, black eyed peas. Making sure the UT flag is flying high. Will start twitter fights with uf fans.

Thursday: Drinking all day. Getting the smoker warmed up - slow and low on some ribs, my wife’s mac and cheese, and hatch chili cornbread. Mowing the yard. Watching old 90’s games I got on dvd. Then Steelers - Browns.

Friday: Drinking all day. Some cousins coming over. Smoked BBQ nachos, but not the sissy ones from BBQ restaurants here in Memphis. These are GAM BBQ nachos. I can’t even tell you about ‘em bc you’d sell you tickets to the game and drive to Memphis instead. Pre-emptive victory cigars with my boys.

Saturday: Drinking most of the day. Cat head biscuits and gravy to start the day. Then going 4 doors down and ragging on my uf neighbor. He already admitted defeat to me today. Talked about the ‘Myth of Anthony Richardson’. Poor guy. Then, wings on the smoker and getting ready for some friends to come over for the game. Watch the Vols dismantle uf. More victory cigars and whiskey after. Fireworks saved from the 4th ready to go. It’s gonna be a night to remember!

Sunday: Recover. Savor the victory on VN. Watch the meltdowns on the uf boards. Keep an eye on the portal for AR’s entry. Anticipate polls being released with the #8 Vols!

I’m starting the weekend by attending the VTech vs WVU game. Have a rich a$$ hokie friend so we are in the catered box seats. Friday getting on the sauce early to fight off the hangover man and gonna call and antagonize my only fl friend. Saturday make my wife promise not to leave me if things go south. Hit the sauce early and watch my Vols destroy some gators. Otherwise a pretty relaxed weekend.

Damn brother, that is doing it right. Sounds like retirement is treating you well although I’m concerned for your cholesterol and longevity. Go Vols! I want to party like it’s 1990 after the game!!

Yeah yeah yeah the only thing that would make this better is if you were spending it with Layla Kiffin!! Jealous but O don’t think O could hang with ya man, falling asleep now from 3 measly millet lites!
