VFLs had a great week!

We have already talked about Dobbs having an awesome week and making noise with the Browns, as well as John Kelly scoring a touchdown, BUT, I have seen a lot this week talking about Velus Jones killing it as a return man, and THEN Micah Abernathy comes from the USFL, signs on with Green Bay Packers, 10 days later, due to a ton of people being hurt, racks up multiple tackles and a killer interception. People are buzzing a lot about him.

Very proud of our VFLs making noise in the league this preseason! Hoping for roster spots for many of them!

Also just read a good article about Cade Mays with Carolina. Said the fact that he played all 5 positions in college was a huge plus for him and is likely going to earn him a roster spot. That's awesome.

I wish someone would give him a legitimate shot as the starter, for a few weeks anyway. All he needs is a chance. We all know he is a gamer, playing at a different level than what we saw in practice. He could be a star, or at least a competent QB, compared to a lot of the QB's the NFL has starting.
