You haven't been watching UT football for longer than a couple of years if CP is one of your favorite Vols.

I have been watching for a couple of decades and he is one of my favorite Vols.

His one season highlight reel is more exciting than anything else from 2008 til about 2015.

He's always managed to get by on talent alone. He needs to to learn some study habits as well. Call up PM

I started this thread in January because Patterson is just so much fun to watch, and he's got a great personality. But, I can't help thinking that the bold is spot on. He's so athletically gifted, he's probably never had to truly work and still has stood out. It's difficult to imagine what he could be were he to go all in.

I've actually been a fan since 1990.
The highlight possibilities every time he had the ball in his hands was one of the things that made UT fun to watch in 2012. Vols were 5-7 that season. (1–7 SEC)

A freak athlete but he's never been a good wide receiver and not the sharpest knife in the drawer, I'm afraid. But, yea, a VFL.

Yes, he's a freak athlete & it shows that athleticism alone won't get you far in the NFL. There's way more to it than that & Patterson doesn't appear to have it.
