That's about what they go for in PCB. Most 2 bedrooms beachfront condos go for 250k and up and 1 bedrooms go 150k+ but also have to pay about $300 and up a month in HOA and prices go up with more sf and amenities. Watch beachfront bargain hunt on hgtv and Zillow.com.Really? $300K might buy you a decent beachfront timeshare.

These are not time shares. People make money renting them weekly and also use them as their own vacation when they like.
