DON'T start a thread with just a name!

I am sure the young man is fast but I think that Tee may be talking him up a bit, 4.3 is awfully fast. We will likely find out for certain when Velus competes at the NFL combine next year (if they have an NFL combine next year).

Hate to rain on you and others’ goofy parade, but..............

PEOPLE WHO FREAK OUT AT JUST A “NAME” BEING POSTED IN A TITLE HAVE SIGNIFICANT SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDERS........YOU PEOPLE NEED HELP!
.
It’s a matter of simple competence and courtesy to entitle your thread with a meaningful and descriptive title. Instead of labeling a post “Harrison Bailey” it is more appropriate to label the post “Harrison Bailey misses practice due to COVID quarantine”. This lets the reader know if they want to open that thread or if they already know about that topic and want to skip it. In this case, a title of something like “Tee Martin praises Venus Jones’s speed“ would have been better.

No, it’s not. It’s a matter of managing your emotions regarding a simplistic title that shouldn’t offend or alarm anyone. People who fly off the handle on this matter are battling something that’s unimportant and has no harmful intent. Is an extended description preferred? Yes. Is it something that should make people bend over and vomit on themselves, No.

Exactly! Kinda tired of the whole "can't put just the players name in the title" if it was bad news it would be put in the title. "Velus Jones tears an acl" it's much more like a players only title would be either good or at least neutral news.

What kind of production will we get from Jones? 1 TD in 76 KO returns at USC, and next to nothing in receiving yards and catches, I'm hoping one of the FR WRs can be more dynamic.

Yeah, I get a Kenny O'neal vibe from him. He had an excellent QB last year, and still made minimal impact.

That 1 TD in 76 tries just doesn't excite me much. He seems to be a leader though so I think he definitely adds value to the WR room. I think Palmer is going to have a monster season, maybe not 1000 yards but he'll flirt with it. I'm curious as to who our number 2 is as Palmer is going to get double coverage a bunch. RBs vs LBs may be a weapon for us this season in the passing game.

If we get a consistent QB, our WRs will put up good numbers. I worry about who is throwing, but we have a lot of talent catching
