What stood out to me was when he said how the players hang out in the locker room for hours just talking and cutting up after practice/workouts

This young man has a real shot at making a huge impact as THE MAN this season. He has elite speed, great hands, runs clean routes, and has great vision when running. This is his shot to showcase it all to scouts. If QB production improves drastically as it should with this staff’s track record…he is going to have a blast.

As far as his comments about Heupel…CJH gets it. He’s a champion & was a few votes from winning a Heismam. He went from playing QB at a no name college w/a shot to go to Utah St…meeting Stoops and playing WAY ABOVE his physical means winning him his only National Championship in his coaching career.

You can see by his comments he’s infected these guys in believing they’re winners. I swear the air in Knoxville is so much cleaner since Heupel & his football staff have arrived.
