Vegas is all about the Benjamins. The "book" must be profitable. The odds are about inducing bets to assure the "book" is profitable. It's money, honey. Everything else is just entertainment.

I was hoping the Bama money would still be coming in through today, Friday. Maybe move the line to Vols +15 or 16. For some, maybe +13 is enough; I was holding off to get at least +14 or 14 1/2. Where, pray tell, may one find out this info re: how much money is being wagered at any specific timeframe? Thanks, in advance....

You win and only get $90 out of $100 maybe you need a new one. Never seen the winner pay but 10% is coming from one side or the other. Unless you win all the time or lose all the time it equals out. What's so unbelievable? I don't gamble anymore but I did at one time with several different bookies and they all worked the same. Once a week we settled up and I collected full amount on wins and paid +10% on losses.

Haven't beaten them in 10 years, they have an 18 game winning streak, we come from behind in practically every game from two or three touchdowns down and haven't been worth a **** in 10 years and you want what - a three point spread?Vegas knows where the moneys going when they set the line
