I'm thinking of donating (mountaineer level).

Does anyone here know how many years I should expect to donate before I can expect to get season tickets?

how do you find out what location is most likely?

whats the noise-making like up there? we like to get rowdy!!!

Heck yeah we'll get rowdy! Some people are louder than others. We have a few hand sitters around us but they get up when it's big.

I vowed when I was a student that after I graduated I would NEVER be a hand sitter alumni. I'm 39 now, and while not quite as wild as I used to be....I will cheer my Vols on with the best of 'em. I still like a little flavor in my Coke.

Now I'm all fired up!!!!!!!

I hate those people that bitch about you standing up and cheering during the game. I usually tell them to take their arsses and put it in the recliner.

I still like a little Coke flavor in my Gentleman Jack!:good!:

Me too. I took a friend to a game last year and we got a little....ahem.....little happy on Gentleman before the game. I happened to find a bottle on my person when we got to our seats. I sit in ZZ11 Row 9 Seats 15 & 16. They are in the middle, so what I did was have everyone take a sip of my Coke when I bought one from the vendor and pass it on down. By the time it got to me, it was just about perfect for mixing, lol.

Go Vols!

There are a few cases where I understand, though. Take my father, he has a VERY hard time getting up and down, but I want him to experience the atmosphere of Neyland stadium.

There was one game in particular that got a bit umm, festive for me a few years back. Polished off a litre of Beam BEFORE kickoff, but somehow made it through the game. Though I didn't realize that we had won until ESPn the next morning.

You just come on up anytime you're ready! Telling someone to sit down at a UT football game crawls all over me. I do not have that problem, but one time when I was in my mid 20's I was at Neyland when we were playing Florida. I was walking up the stairs (a wee bit crapfaced, no....I was flat out hammered) and yelling for the Vols. This girl looked at me and told me to shut up. I said "listen B..... I'm a Vols fan, this is Florida week, what are you, a f*^%$#@ tourist?" There were two guys with her that quickly looked at me and then the ground. Her jaw hit the ground and I kept walking. Half the section started cheering and high fiving me. I continued on to my seats, and looking up noticed these two cute girls, with empty seats beside them, and looks of horror covering their faces. When my friend & I got to the row & stopped, they wouldn't look at us. By the end of the game we all went out and had a blast. They were from Nashville as well and we ended up going to see Dave Matthews together. I was invited and went to her wedding about 6 years ago which is the last time I talked to her. :eek:hmy:
