I heard a rumor this morning that Vanderbilt was raising its prices for the UT game. No word on how much. After they ripped us a couple of times with inflated prices at the Coliseum, I wouldn't be surprised. If you can't make money off your own fans, make it off of ours, right?

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I know they have always charged more for the UT game than the others.

Vandy always gouges for UT games, no matter the sport. This year is not different. Face Value is $55.

Typical for those bunch of losers on Due West Ave. They gouge the Tennessee fans who will turn Dudley field (with the emphasis on Dud) into Neyland Stadium Jr this weekend. Then they sit back at the end of the year and collect their $8mill welfare check from the SEC bowl money.

I heard on an Atlanta sports radio station that the Vandy/TN ticket price of $55 is the most expensive ticket in the ACC or SEC this year - even more expensive than the face value on the SECCG tickets ($50).

Such a blatant shot at gouging Vol fans is despicable.

That said, I'll probably still go down to West End and see if I can get a dirt cheap ticket.
