Have we had a "grind it out" win yet? Always concerned when a team goes on a long, emotions high winning streak.

To win a championship, our guys need to have just as much confidence that they can win when their bats are cold or sporadic.

We haven't been behind in a game since Texas.

Game 3 against Ole Miss was probably the closest to what you describe. Had to hold a 1 run lead in the 9th.

Maybe an honorable mention for the Sunday game vs Vandy, too. Sprinkled 3 runs across eight innings before tacking on two insurance runs in the 9th. Not really a day of batting around the order early and then watch the other team lay down and die. I'd bring that game up anyway though just to mention that bunt Lipcius laid down to beat the shift.

To me, it looked like game 3 of the Vandy series qualifies. At least marginally. Have we had any extra-innings wins so far? (No, I can’t watch every game or check the box score.)
