I had high hopes the secondary would be vastly improved last season. But when you aren't covering consistently with 5 DBs on virtually every stinking down, it's time for a change.

Warren replacing Martinez may be the best upgrade Butch made. Excited to see how they line up and cover.

That first game against GT has me a bit concerned but then I realized that Coach Warren practiced against that type offense for 4 years at Air Force. With the high praise about how DB improvement I am beginning to feel a bit better. He will be an invaluable asset when game planning begins.

We shall see. Remember Shoop said nobody would run on us last year.
