Fort Pulaski at Tybee Island was an absolute cool place to visit this weekend.

The Homestead resort in Hot Springs, VA. Fantastic! Golf, hiking, archery, trap shooting, zip-lining... Much much more too. The first picture is the main building from the 14th hole of The Old Course. The second pic is of hole #1 on The Old Course. It is the oldest continuous 1st teebox in America.

Homestead>Greenbrier

La Jolla, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Seaworld, a night downtown in Gaslamp, walk around down by USS Midway and take a tour, maybe take an evening harbor cruise, get some Cali burritos and fish tacos, brunch down near the pier in OB, day drink in PB, check out Coronado/Hotel Del Coronado, and go to the beach (but not in Coronado if you like getting in the water.. nasty shore break).

Will be watching the game seaside tonight.

Any recommendations? I’m planning a trip for next month. Tickets ain’t cheap, that’s for sure.
We only planned one day at Universal so we got the tickets that let us do both sections and the kids really enjoyed the whole train thing in between them. I thought the Gringotts ride was a little better than the Hogwarts one but they were both pretty good and not your standard ride. We had to get everyone wands, even the older kids. Olllivanders was really crowded (seemed like the other wand place was less busy) but they did the whole spiel about picking a wand. There were lots of fun street performers and things to explore, especially once they had their wands (we got the interactive ones). Kids had to have lunch at the Leaky Cauldron and enjoyed the butterbeer. We spent almost the entire day just doing Harry Potter and didn't really have time for much else at Universal. Get your tickets before hand, we had to pick up ours there and the lines were long.
