Fyi the 247 guys seem to be dodging the question about whether or not they are going. Tea leaves suggest he’s a Wolverine. But it’s not the end of the world. Our RBs will always find success, regardless of how highly they were ranked as a prospect.Probably, if the circumstances were similar. I don’t recall. Pretty unusual for writers to travel for an announcement unless they’ve been told to expect an announcement to the school they’re covering
Has RC said anything of note on Hiter in the past couple days?Fyi the 247 guys seem to be dodging the question about whether or not they are going. Tea leaves suggest he’s a Wolverine. I have followed this recruitment closely, and I don't believe that Savion Hiter and his family members are reading posts on this thread.Yes, seriously. Have you followed this recruitment at all? The family is overly concerned about keeping his decision a secret. It’s all about his “moment”. Players and their families absolutely read their threads on message boards. It makes perfect sense in this case that they would do anything they can to keep people guessing.
Really, WE ? How many yards did you have??
We were 11th in the nation I believe.
Also believe only 3 playoff teams were in the top 20.
What’s that mean? Maybe it’s an overrated stat and elite “players “ win Championships.
I believe Ohio st was 50-52 in rushing.
Is this a post that tells us we actually had him in the bag but something happened and we lost him late? I thought you were not supposed to tell any details anymore like this? I’m gonna take it that the silence after we had him still at the end of July means something happened and he changed his mind. I’m guessing the weak punishment by the corrupt NCAA helped Michigan‘s case. I’m sure they were battling a bunch of negative recruitment that they were gonna get hammered and then they didn’t.Jordan Sports Group represents Hiter, with Adam McKay being his agent. JSG represents three Vols and no Wolverines. Adam McKay is a solid agent and obviously has ties to Sherrone, but the decision has always been Hiter’s. As of the end of July, he was a Vol. I can’t comment on the evolution of this further til after his commitment. There is no subtext in my post. Just facts. I do not know what his final decision will be given the recent silence.
Is that what you got from reading the post? I wonder about how you all function in everyday life. The post stated no one knows, but you read that because no one knows it must be Michigan? I think you and my wife had the same teachers. Is this a post that tells us we actually had him in the bag but something happened and we lost him late? While I think the impact of message boards is sometimes overstated, we just had someone who pretty much everyone agrees has inside information, come on here and say the family wasn’t happy about info leaking to message boards. Somebody within their group is paying attention. As if Savion Hiter and/or his family members follow University of Tennessee football fan internet message board forums, and therefore he began following Tennessee players on Instagram in order to give Vol fans more hope that he will pick Tennessee, just because they want us to watch the live announcement?
Seriously? LOL!
I highly doubt that is what's happening. This would be called "over-analyzing."
What we as fans think and do, is not important to these recruits, nor should it be.
Did you not read the last half of his post? He said he cannot comment on the evolution of his recruitment until after the commitment. This is on the heels of saying that as of the end of July, he was a Vol. On top of that, he said he’s not sure about the final decision nor about why there’s been such recent silence. Tells me things have changed. Now, have they changed for the worse and then back to the better decision in that time span? Very possible. However, I don’t think I was misinterpreting anything that he said, based on his words that he used.Is that what you got from reading the post? I wonder about how you all function in everyday life. I was talking to my wife about a show we were watching, and the man stated that he was still friends with his ex. I said, if that works for them that's good. My wife said, " So you want an open marriage?"
I do wish they would elaborate on what these "tea leaves" are .... or just come out and say, "I don't know or have any new information to report, but if I had to guess ... I think Hiter will announce his commitment to Michigan."Fyi the 247 guys seem to be dodging the question about whether or not they are going. Tea leaves suggest he’s a Wolverine. Agree. So if he commits to UT, he’s not taking ONE question from the lone rep from the one UT website at his announcement? Mmmkay.
And let’s not act like he’s announcing from Argentina. VA is an easy drive for someone from the VQ team.
Because NO ONE KNOWS! HE SAID THAT HE DOESN'T KNOW WHO HE PICKS. If he picks Michigan, he can speak on what he thinks happened. You have reading comprehension issues too.Did you not read the last half of his post? He said he cannot comment on the evolution of his recruitment until after the commitment.
