Golston tells Volquest he will visit Tennessee for 865 Live on May 24th. Following that visit, Golston II is set to return to Knoxville the weekend of June 6th for an official visit with the Vols.

“The people in the building stand out to me the most because everyone is very kind and helpful,” Golston said ahead of the upcoming visits.

“They have said that I would fit perfectly in their scheme, and that they would give me freedom in the defense,” Golston said of this.

Golston has been to Knoxville on multiple occasions for unofficial visits, so when he returns in June, he is going to look at a certain aspect of the program.

“On my OV, I am going to look at the campus and the program as a whole,” Golston said. “I am going to look and see if it is a place where I could spend my college career.”

Kedric Golston II is one that Tennessee has got to campus several times in the process, and he will return in just a couple of weeks for an official visit with the Vols. He is a versatile defender, who we believe, could end up playing in a role similar to how Tennessee has used Tyre West. Golston has a long-standing relationship with Rodney Garner, as Coach G coached his dad at Georgia. The Vols, along with the Bulldogs, are in the thick of this recruitment.
