Who is this "Odem" you guys keep referencing? I looked at the OSU roster and I don't see him?

Greg Odem, freshman center for Ohio State.

Unlike many on this board, I was alive and watched the two great upsets in NCAA history: Villanova(an 8 seed) over the great Patrick Ewing lead Geargetown in 1985 plus the 1983 NC State upset over Houston.

two of the most memorable, perhaps, but I'd say 2 of GMU's tourney upsets last year were equally shocking, if not more so.

as in, "Greg apparently won't dress for game with Vols; the Columbus Dispatch is reporting this morning that he was assaulted and beaten to within an inch of his life by 6 men late last night becuase he reportedly Odem a lot of money."

I'd say just the UCONN upset was shocking. UNC was extremely young and lacked the playmakers they have this year. MSU was nothing special, and of course they handled Wich State pretty easily.

And given the fact that Bruce's athletic career was cut short due to knee problems, the knee braces are a nice touch!
