i'm pretty positive hefney was a freshman in 04

I know we signed Hefney in 2003 AND 2004, as per Rivals. I think he went to a prep school.

Yeah, '04 was his freshman year after prep school.

And he's not going to move to CB, otherwise he would have been moved in the spring.

They were? I always thought they were freshmen. I was wrong there.

My mistake. I was getting my CB turned S confused. I was thinking of Allen and Stewart. I've always remembered how bad some of our DB's looked against Auburn '03. That was Stewart and Allen, not Hefney and Fellows. Their really bad game was against Florida '04.

I don't care if you're the absolute smartest freshman to ever sign a letter of intent, you will STILL have learning curves, because college coaches are smart. Senior QBs are smart.

You're right about the learning curve, but Mckenzie and Willingham have been in JUCO for 2 years, so that should lessen it a bit. I still think they will blitz Mckenzie some, sortof like a Laron Landry type of safety.
