UT-most overrated?

That's the stupid article of the week. Teams that are ranked higher have no where to go but down. Teams outside of it can easily reach positive numbers.

Just because a team has high expectations every year doesn't mean they're overrated.

Agreed, look at the teams on that list and check out your National Championships over the past 10 years and tell me how many of them you come up with.

Ohio St
Florida
Tennessee
Texas
Michigan
Miami
Florida St.

7 of the top 10 most overrated teams have national championships. haha I'll take that.

Exactly. Plus the powerhouse teams play tougher schedules, therefore they lose more games and drop to lower rankings. The teams who are underrated play crappy schedules. If they really want to see who is overrated or underrated, they need to look at bowl game records.

I'm not arguing with his system, but our high ranking on his most over-rated list is almost solely due to our disastrous 2005 season. We started out as preseason #3 and finished ranked in the bottom half of the nation.
