On another note, Sports South is carrying the 1997 SEC championship playback vs. Auburn Saturday night at 7:30pm. It is on channel 420 on the Dish Network in the Atlanta area. I believe that is the year Peyton lead the Pride of the Southland in Rocky Top after the win.

It is blacked out of the WHOLE STATE. I used to live in Jackson and it was blacked out there.. Outside the state then you should be able to watch on espn3.com It's sad that I moved out of the state of Tennessee and I'm excited because I can actually watch more games now...

It would have to be. He didn't win another SEC championship

Use this if you are in state. It will let you watch the game even when it's blacked out.

Hotspot Shield

Thanks for all the replies btw. I didn't know ESPN3 would have it. I assumed since it was a ppv it wouldn't be on it.

What does this program do, and how do you use it to watch the game?

Does anyone have any experience streaming ESPN3 via xbox live?? I would like to give it a shot for the first time with this game, however want to make sure it's available on their line up of live events on their xbox live suite.

It will be blacked out if you are in state, but otherwise it would work

It is listed on the line-up. And last year I caught a game on there that was supposed to be blacked out.
I don't think they have as much control over the xbox for the fact that most of the signals come from other states.

Just a quick question on ordering the Montana game on PPV. Last year I ordered the Vandy game on PPV and the video quality was horrendous, it looked like it was shot on a home video VHS tape... does anyone have any idea what the quality of the Montana game will be? I was hoping it would be better since it will be in Neyland.

I think it's a Video Seat production so I'm not expecting much. First season opener I've had to miss in awhile so it sucks x 2.

I'll be missing it also... my cousin has his wedding scheduled at kickoff. I was thinking about dvring it but if it's the same quality as the Vandy game I believe I should just save my money and catch the highlights.

PPV games are notorious for looking awful and having amateurish commentary to go along with it.

no way I'd buy it just to DVR it. Just catch the coaches show and relay the next day.

I checked and it will be on ESPN360 for those out of state. In the past this has meant the "VHS Tape" quality of the Vol Network.

Outside the state of Tennessee, you can get it live on ESPN3. I have it DVR'd on Fox Sports South on Sunday night at 10 on Dish Channel 437.

Weddings are bad enough, but this guy should be expunged from the family. Send him a present and best wishes. Tell him you will attend his next wedding. Just kidding.

The replay should be up on ESPN3 after the game shouldn't it? I may be wrong, but I think that's how they have done them in the past.

On comcast in the past everytime I've try to order a Tennessee PPV it never works. Always get not available at this time. End up listening to it on radio.

When will it be put on secdigitalnetwork.com? It seems like it takes a week or so if I recall correctly, but not sure about ppv.
