Interesting..I had a History professor single me out one day in class..He told me to stand before the class. Then he informed the class he deemed me of above average intelligience and noted my size (6ft7) 290lbs. At this point I was puzzled but he eluded to me being a by product of selective breeding...Nevertheless we minced words after class..That may have been protocol during slavery but it has no place now..not even to be mentioned..The good professor and I are great friends till this day, so Jimmy the Greek and his divise ideologies can RIP.I know what he said, and it's a historical fact. That slaveowners had absolutely no knowledge of advanced genetics or dominant and recessive genes doesn't mean that selective breeding wasn't commonplace.
Selective breeding had been taking place since the beginning of recorded history with herds and flocks, and it was common in slaveholding societies to use the same methodology. Slaveholders may not have understood how or why it happened that two big slaves would have a larger or stronger child or two smart ones would have a smarter child, but they knew it happened.
Now if you want to get into the whole "He shouldn't have said it", that's another issue entirely.
