UT Depth Chart vs Georgia

Fulmer mentioned that Ayers might start at DE over Reynolds and that it depended on who played better in practice. Colquitt should be doing kickoffs now too. I also expect Jones to be ahead of Woods with the second team receivers since he is good to go now. Fulmer said that Jones might play in special teams as well, but he's been saying that about O'Neal too.

I also noticed that WLB Savion Frazier dropped of the depth chart.

I heard Fulmer on Atlanta radio twice this week and he commented in both interviews on how well Robert Ayers is playing. I have to assume he will be getting a majority of the snaps. In fact, he said the DE's are doing fine and that the issues are at DT. Hopefully the Mapu Family Reunion this weekend will get him going. Anybody miss the days of John Henderson and Albert Haynesworth stuffing the middle?

Obviously coker is still in phil's doghouse. Unless he thinks foster is just better. I can't figure that one out. Ayers should start, Reynolds has done nothing this year.

yeah....
still....

Hardesty over Coker though?

And the Vlad and McClendon at 2nd string:
I support the choice to start the guys that have done very well at protecting Ainge. We will win this game on Ainge's arm and his ability to make reads. If they're not getting the job done well enough I would expect the changes we expect at half. If the 2nd stringers get it done then the starting changes will probably be made next week.

well if this depth chart is any indication on how much guys are actually gonna play this game, then we will lose again

:haha_oh: I thought the same thing when I saw it.
Man i can't figure out the rogers thing. He drops to many passes and is slow. I understand he is usually in the right place. But if you don't make the catch what does that matter? I can't figure out the ryan karl lovefest either.

Rogers does drop a lot of balls, but I wouldn't call him slow, I can't understand why he is the number 1 either, Taylor is having a decent year, and I can't imagine everyone else on the depth chart having worse hands than Rogers has exhibited.

I am completely with you on the Karl thing

Cal's linebacker or lineman which ever one outran rogers to the endzone on the fumble. Lets just say he isn't a burner, which is ok if you can catch.

it doesnt matter how fast Rogers is, if he cant make plays then he shouldnt be on the field... watching the UK/USC game last nite i realized that Spurrier played a ton of freshmen last nite, and every time i looked up they were making plays out there... and u cant tell me that they all "got it" lol
