I am in my 20s so I cant remeber a time when UT athletics as a whole have been this low.

UT football...No SEC titles in over a decade, UF on a 6 game winning streak, Bama on a 4...Coaches leaving every year.

UT Basketball...NCAA breathing down our throats, we are playing like a "Buzz ball" type team right now, we could miss the NCAA tourney.

Lady Vols basketball....UCONN is slowly taking over the "Greatest womens basketball of all time program" title.

UT baseball..Not been in the NCAA tourney in years, having problems just making SEC tourney right now, I don't have much faith in Todd turning it around, do you?

Buy hey we have nice stadiums and arenas lol.

Before you slit your throats. Go check out what's going on in South Bend, IN. It may make you feel a little better.

Come to think of it. Go check out what's going on in the whole state of Indiana period.

Glass half full version:

-UT Basketball - coming off its first Elite 8 appearance ever.
-Lady Vols - ranked in the top 5.
-Football team - battled a sudden coaching change, defections, etc. to make a bowl game (ask Texas how they feel right now).
-Regarding baseball, Go Braves.

I believe 1988 wasn't so great either (5-6 football team, I think NIT in bball), which may be before your time.

Hamilton is a great fund raiser guys, that's truly all that matters. I mean, who cares if all the programs stink as long as they make a buck.

Lady Vols are maybe the 3rd best in women's basketball. UConn is the hottest team around. Can Baylor beat them if Stanford doesn't the end of December?
How long has Geno been at UConn? I know that he hasn't been there for 25 years. While Pat has more wins and Championship, UConn has been more dominant and more undefeated seasons. It's hard to go unbeaten in college basletball whether it's men's or women's. UCLA (men's team)has probably the most unbeaten seasons.
