Hire David Cut as HC. Tee as HC in waiting. Get Jay Graham back in some capacity, keep coach Gillespie, bring in al Wilson as a GA/or defensive quality control coach.

What exactly has Tee done to deserve being the HC at Tennessee?

Its only his second year as an offensive coordinator. I think he needs a few more years experience or have a year or two as HC at small school first before he is considered a Top program P5 candidate.
