It's out. And we're not on the list. But...that's ok.

View the Poll

I can't believe Kentucky, Arkansas, South Carolina, and Auburn got more votes that Tennessee.

The disrespect will just make it that much sweeter when the W's start rolling in.

Next thing you know, the state of Florida will want a recount and an apology from somebody.

I see there is still a lot of Ole Miss kool aid drinking going on. I'm not drinking.

6 coaches somehow missed out on the Gators returning 21 of 22 on their 2 deep D chart, heisman QB, NFL linebacker, easy schedule, etc.

it is the surest lock on a championship there has ever been.

if they blow it, it will be the biggest gag in the history of sports.

Agree with Ole Miss and UGA...but cal and FSU will be really good this year. FSU at #19 is NOT overrated.

FSU blows this year. Between the coaching controversy, the whole issue of the NCAA cheating investigation and all the fall out from that, lack of dependable offense, etc., lucky if they finish above .500.

You do realize that two of the three teams you listed that Tennessee played last season beat them, don't you?

You are just holding out for that possibility now, huh?

I kind of assume that UF will beat UTK this season, which would wipe out any votes that might accrue from beating UCLA (if that happens). Beating Ohio and AU would probably just get the Vols back where they started. Being 5-1 with a win over UGA would do the job, but then they have to follow up with a win over Bama. It's kind of difficult for me to see how the Vols will spend any significant amount of time in the polls this season without pulling off some major upsets.

That is exactly what turns me on about football season. You just don't know where teams are gonna end up until the games are played. I hate for my team to lose, but college football is beyond exciting if you ask me. :yahoo:
