Coaches are no different than employees who work everyday jobs if a better opportunity comes along for them and their family they will and should take it. The same way any poster on here would in their career.
The only difference is coaches have to tell recruits and players that their current job is their dream job. Do people expect them to say that they will take the next best job if offered.
