So, my buddy I share season tickets with forgot to send his two, and we just figured it out. I can't get anyone to answer at the ticket office. I have his ID, donor info, and seat numbers. Ideas?

Friend and I are taking our sons. I may just go to the ticket window. I even have pictures of the tickets.

This surely happens all the time. Got to be a way to reissue the tickets.

Go to the ticket office and give your ID and the account number. They'll be able to look up the account and get your tickets printed.

Pictures of the tickets will work. There will be a transaction number on the stub. You'll be fine. I work in ticket ops, and I resolve issues like this all the time at athletic events.

That'd be my thought as well... Get down there as soon as it opens up and try that. Surely they can do something based on the number or bar code.

I'm cheering the OP on cause I imagine him running to the ticket booth with NFL films music playing in the background.

You can go to ticket office and they'll reprint your tickets for like a $25 fee then reimburse you if you mail the orginial tickets in.

Fortunately, my friend with Terrace seats was able to reach his TN Fund liason. She was able to help us in a very favorable manner. The boys won't forget that game experience anytime soon!
