They arent forcing Urban out, ask how far those two rings are getting Donnan now.

Also have to love the delicious irony of Donnan/Myer fresh off their second NC's, leave in a mysterious way,then change their mind and come back to mediocrity.

Urban will leave the program when he quits. He will not be fired...but i see it pretty soon that Urban does quit on his own. a couple of more seasons like this..he will retire.

Urban himself said that he'd like to retire before he gets really old.

So retirement in the next few years isn't unlikely. But no way that UF fires him after this year.

If he was ready to break down last year, what kind of pressure is this year put on him.

If you heard him after the game he needed a triple dose of Prozac.

The guy is clearly really frustrated with this team. Yes, there's tons of young talent, but for the last three games NO ONE has stepped up to make a big play.

There is something missing right now and its not just Tebow. Its a confidence problem as much as anything, imo.

And that is a function of a lack of leadership on a team with a lot of young players.
